FREE dance lessons! A New Dancers workshop takes place before each dance. If you can count to 4 and walk, you can dance!  See a list of "dance tips" on our About page.

Contra Dance is a social dance with roots in English country dancing. We dance to live music! that has influences from bluegrass to old-time Appalachian and from Irish to French Canadian and swing.
